Sting New York Concert reviews
Great Musical performance / awful seats
Sting put on a awesome show. His back up singers and harmonica player were EXCELLENT! Hard to believe Sting is 71 and puts on a amazing show. The downside - the Seats at this venue are AWFUL in my opinion. They are tight and some need work, my seat leaned back pretty far so it was extremely uncomfortable to sit for any length of time. Because of how the theater is laid out I doubt there is a bad seat in the house however we sat on the 2nd level and no one really stands because you can see so easily without having to stand, which also means sitting in the most uncomfortable seats imaginable. Ceasars PLEASE do some work on your seats.
Intimate and Powerful Experience!
Sting was a "bucket-list" concert for us and he did not disappoint! The performance started out very intimate, with only Sting and his guitar in a great acoustic rendition of Roxanne, which morphed into a full band performance of the song when the curtain opened! WOW! The entire show was moving and powerful - if you love Sting's songs and the feeling they evoke. The venue was beautiful and seemed like every seat was a "good seat" in the house. Seeing one of our favorite artists in this intimate venue made it even more special than being in a huge arena.
